John Michael Lagumbay · Mississauga, Ontario
I build web apps, APIs and machine-learning tools, from my own live product NestWillow to Java and Python services. Before code, I spent 18 years in process and quality work at Tesla, DigitalStorm and SYKES.
React front ends with Node, Java/Spring Boot or Supabase behind them. NestWillow, my live property-management app, is the latest.
REST APIs in Spring Boot and Flask, plus models built with scikit-learn and TensorFlow/Keras, deployed with Docker.
18 years at Tesla, DigitalStorm and SYKES taught me to plan clearly, check every step and leave no loose ends.

Property management that feels calm.
A live web app I built. NestWillow connects landlords with their renters — leases, rent, maintenance, documents and messages in one private workspace.
Demo concepts I designed and built around real local businesses. They're not real clients. Tap any one to try it on your phone.
